A few important points before we talk about the functions: SenEarthCo’s servers are housed in third party server facilities in Illinois and Virginia. Monitored 24/7 by their trained staff and supported by power and internet back-up systems as well as the latest in fire suppression. All of the data in SenEarthCo is backed-up daily and transferred to a second city location for safety. SenEarthCo is your disaster recovery plan and is accessible from anywhere that you have internet access. Security features include 128-bit encryption, up-to-date firewall and spam filtering. Your data NEVER leaves our system and cannot be accessed by a third party without your express consent.
All users have their own unique identification and password that connects them with the features and functions that you choose. While SenEarthCo provides you with default user roles that we have created, you can customize those roles to suit the needs of your company and community. Finally, SenEarthCo is a “smart system”; it knows when a user has not set-up an email account and will automatically create hardcopies of correspondence, addressed to the recipient. No one gets left behind because they choose to not use computers.
Community Information
Documents, Rules and Regulations, Contracts, Property Information; all in a word searchable format and accessible to any user that you choose, both internal staff and homeowners. Homeowners can view their account online.
Communication
Newsletters, Letter Writer, Community Calendar(s) and a Manager Message Board that all allow you to communicate effectively with your users and community.
Association Business
Agendas, Meeting Minutes and Management Reports (Board Packets) can be created and available online. Monthly financial data is easily uploaded and available for the management and board. Violations, Architectural Review and Maintenance Requests can be created and managed online. We even have an “After Hours” feature that gives anyone that you wish access to emergency information that will allow them to answer emergency calls quickly and easily.
Unit Information
Unit File is the go-to place for fast and comprehensive information on any homeowner in your portfolio or community. Home specific and customizable so that you and your staff can provide the absolute best customer service in the industry by having access to important information, home specific maintenance requests, violations, account information and much more.
Vendor Information
Requesting proposals has never been easier to send and track. Maintenance requests can be entered online by homeowners and sent to vendors automatically, without the manager losing control. You can even provide direct links to vendors who can support your homeowners for services that the association does not cover, automatically.
Community Websites
Tired of paying extra to have a web-site that you have to maintain? SenEarthCo offers an integrated web presence that can be managed by a person of your choosing. Classifieds, online surveys and voting, pictures, events; it’s all here for you to use without the need for an outside webmaster.
